When we heard about the natural history museum in Salt Lake we decided we would go take a look see. It was a rainy day and not much to do outside so we headed indoors.
On the way we ran into this line of "bugs" all pulled over. We must have been driving through a time tone ;)
The observation Deck
This sand/water hole is kind of like the one at Thanksgiving Point but much smaller (and not as fun)
I was telling K that this is kind of what her bones in her face look like. She thought I was crazy when I asked her to stand next to it. Ha! She was sayin "you want me to stand how close" :)
These rocks are not an exhibit, but the kiddos liked climbing on them anyhow
Nate Liked the flooded valley. You can push a button to make that cloud rain and watch the valley fill up with water.
Dad is taking them on an archeological dig. I think that they have discovered Native American items.
Well after all that this was the favorite part of the museum. Jumping down the stairs on the way to the car. They were very happy that it wasn't raining.
