206 Miles

This is a LONG awaited post that I have finally got to posting. In September Dan and best friend Steven rode the LOTOJA (LO=Logan, Utah -TO- JA=Jackson Hole, Wyoming) a 206 mile bike race in one day. They started at the crack of dawn and headed north. They were AMAZING and finished in 11 hours.
This is me and Pauline bidding our men farewell bright and early!

I loved the tandems I think I could keep up with Dan's  pedaling ;)

Dan's dad and I were Dan's "sag wagon" he had certain places that he stopped so that we could re-sunscreen him, feed him and refill his water.
My mom and Dan's mom were in charge of the kiddos and an awesome fan club.
We have reached Wyoming! Only about 120 miles to go
The hundred(s) car line up. All the sag wagons for the riders

 The fans finding the shade!
... and Dan rolls in at the next feed zone for more fuel
 and he's off again

Usually when I ride I end up with chain grease on my leg. I was not even riding and I still ended up with chain grease on my leg! What?
 potty break

Riding up the snake river. It was a beautiful day! Good day for a ride

Dan is the 5th one back from the front! Hopefully getting a good draft.

 The Tetons are in sight
The 3 mile mark. So close, yet so far away
DAN AT THE FINISH LINE!!! GO DAN

Good job guys!!! We are all so proud of you.
