I am always looking for new and good recipes and I came across this blog that has a ton of them. The most current being the recipes for Cafe Rio. Who doesn't like that? I am a 100% mexican food fan and this is a great find. The fun thing about this blog is if you have a recipe that you think is great you can post it yourself. YUM!! My neighbor Julie makes a less sweet version, and she put it in our neighborhood cookbook. I'm definitely going to try this version though.
Also, I have Julie's recipe for the tomatillo dressing--s'goood!!
I'll have to email it to you.
