Tulips in Winter?

I do wish tulips bloomed all year. They are so beautiful! Every year we try to get to the tulip festival. If the weather has been warm and we know that there are going to be plenty of tulips we go! This year was yet another beautiful bloom year. I think so far only one year was bad but in there defense we were getting snow and hail still by July! Also the fact that this alway falls on my birthday doesn't hurt either. That way its my birthday request even if no one want to go but me ;)

 Uncle Chris and Aunt Patti got in on all the fun too. Then took Nessa and me out for dinner too afterwards
