Kassidee and I found these cute molds at the Utah-Idaho supply store while Dan was in search of some maps for scouts. It made me remember that my mom had some just like them growing up. She was very clever and made rice-crispy treats with them. I told Kassidee what G-ma used to make, so of course she asked me if we could buy them and make the same thing. I couldn't resist. We bought a bunny and a bear. My mom had the bear... she would tie the pull and peel licorice around its neck for an edible bow. She was clever!
When you make them it just looks like a blob of rice-crispy, but with some icing and other goodies, you can turn it right back into a bunny.
