Use your wheat!

Need another recipe for all that hard wheat you have stored away in your food storage. I got this recipe from a great lady in my neighborhood. She calls them "Blender Pancakes"

BLENDER PANCAKES (you can double this if you want more batter)

In a (high powered) blender add: (if you are or ever think you will be in the market for a blender we have BLENDTEC we love it)
1 cup of your wheat kernels, blend
1 cup milk (you can use powdered milk too)
Blend
While blending add another 1/2 cup milk
1/3 c. Oil
2 eggs
2TBS Honey (you can add more for sweeter pancakes)
1tsp Salt
1TBS Baking powder

MY TIP: This batter is thiner than I like so if you like thicker batter add an extra 1/2 to 1 cup of wheat.
HER TIP: use a little bit more milk to make batter thiner for crepes

Enjoy, They are YUMMY!
