Okay, so they are not really russet potatoes... they are manatee, but they looked like giant russet potatoes floating in the water. While we were in florida we took a 2 hour boat ride (a little long in my opinion) to sight see for Manatee and Dolphins. We defiantly got an eye full. The dolphins had a little baby with them and the manatees were in herds, which we were told does not happen often. They even came up to pose for their photo! :)
