I guess I have just gotten used to having warm halloweens. The last 2 years we have had incredibly warm halloween nights. Well, not this year. Today and (expected) tomorrow we are going to be getting snow. We got a pretty good amount today. Kassidee wanted to get all suited up and enjoy it. (thanks to Ian and her gal pal Livy) :)
They were getting all geared up and begging their mom to take them sledding. When Kassidee found out she asked me if she could go "sliding" too with Livy. :)
It was beautiful though. After the wind and snow stopped it turned out to be a beautiful day. I am bringing out the hot cocoa and hot cider, YUM!
Side note: speaking of Kassidee calling sledding, "sliding", I have a cute story.
In the car the other day Kassidee calls out... "I need a breath" I of course asked her what was that she needed. Her reply "I need a breath, I am so hot" I answer, you mean you need some air? Kassidee: "yes, I am so hot"
Ha! what a cutie!
...and what was Aubrey doing? Hanging out inside. A happy little girl. (we just got home so she is still in her carseat)
