In December Dan had surgery on his ankle. Something that he worried about, but has paid off in a BIG wonderful way. Whew, what a relief and a blessing. He had to be in a cast for 6 weeks and absolutely hated it. (well who would right?) Its off! Finally!! He is so happy. The day he got it off we headed to the pool to celebrate. The girls loved it and he got to relax in the hot tub.
His doctor that did his surgery brought him a big chocolate foot at christmas time. Too funny.

Tom had foot surgery right before Thanksgiving and had a cast for 6 weeks. He was super excited to get the thing off too. I was happy to not have to sleep next to a big cast anymore. lol :)
Wow. That would be rough to be stuck in that thing for so long! Glad he's done. Your artwork was lovely :)
