So, I have finally attempted canning. I didn't think that I would get into canning this year, but...
Dan brought home a HUGE box of apples and wow! I new that we would never eat all those before they went bad. Well he said "I thought that we would make applesauce with them". Well that is just what we did. Yesterday from 7 to 5 we made applesauce. I have to admit it was kind of fun. I just might have to do it a little more some day.
