The Canning Bug

Well, I would like to say I got the canning bug this year, but sadly I didn't. However if you did I am excited for you. I love fresh canned peaches, and jams and corn and the list goes on and on. The only thing that I will be stocking my freezer up this fall will be shredded zucchini. I have plenty of that. I am also going to make some fresh salsa! Yum! I have plenty of tomatoes too. Anywho, I found a fun site that has so manny canning recipes so go check it out. Who knows it might inspire you to can or try something new.
